a lounge is a happy place to be
fortunately, God allowed me to blog one last time before departure. Hehehe :) We were lucky enough to have been able to experience the happiness of waiting at the mabuhay lounge again, where the food is eat-all-you-can and free and the internet is available and unlimited.
So here's how the day's been so far...
although it normally takes around 2-3 hours for us to reach the airport from home, we found ourselves this time arriving at the airport just 30 minutes after we left the house. ang bilis! At ang aga tuloy... having arrived an hour earlier than the airport's opening time, we had to stay at the waiting area for a while before we were finally allowed to enter along with the other people waiting outside. Nakakatawa nga eh, kasi habang nagaantay maraming bangag at tulog. The man beside us was even snoring. Hehe.
After this, we checked in for departure, and now we're here sitting like pigs. Shoot, naguiguilty tuloy ako at holy week dapat ngayon... we tried to make up for this with the Visita Iglesia yesterday, pero ewan ko. Parang nakukulangan parin ako.... my mom said we should instead sacrifice in other ways... hay... eto na talaga... goodbye sweets kung di naman kailangan kumain. And I guess we'd also be sacrificing by not wasting money during the trip. Parang may pera naman ako. Haha =) eh, I don't know. Maybe aside from this I could also cut out on internet time... hindi na ako magpapabili ng internet card sa arab land kung hindi naman kailangan. Ayan. 3 weeks of isolation unless necessary. Err... I'm talking to myself again and I think I need to go to the bathroom.
Pray for us also okay? I'm excited about the trip but I've always had my own apprehensions about flying.
*Mia, March 25 na! happy birthday! Haha! =)
